Odlo Entrusts Trimco Group to Support its DPP Journey

Odlo, a pioneer in performance apparel for nearly 80 years, has partnered with Trimco Group to pave the way for a more traceable future with the launch of Digital Product Passports.

Odlo, a Swiss-based performance apparel brand, has partnered with Trimco Group to support its Digital Product Passport (DPP) journey, starting with compliance with the French AGEC Law. All products produced in Odlo’s Spring-Summer 2025 collection and beyond, will include QR codes on product labels that will lead to that product’s unique DPP, as a care label digital twin. This new initiative will enable consumers to access detailed information about a garment's production, from fabric creation to dyeing processes, all the way through to the final product.

With its rich heritage in outdoor pursuits and a loyal customer base that has come to expect both functionality and sustainability from the brand, Odlo is proactively preparing for the European Union’s DPP requirements, which are expected to be finalised in early 2026. By working closely with Trimco’s ProductDNA teams and leveraging Trimco’s expertise in trims and labelling, the brand chose compliance with the AGEC law as a starting point for their DPP journey. This is an important first step towards greater transparency for the brand, with more to come.

Odlo is not new to sustainability. The brand has a strong heritage in sustainability and circularity, introducing its first recycling initiative in 1994. In 2011 Odlo completed its first product lifecycle assessment and in the same year, introduced the first seamless base layer, made from 100% recycled materials. Today, sustainability remains a core focus for the brand, embodied in its ‘We can do more’ commitments, which strive to protect the people and outdoor places we love.

Odlo’s Spring-Summer 2025 range, featuring the new, highly informative QR codes, is now available on odlo.com, in Odlo brand stores across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France and in their wholesale retail partners.
