Just like the rest of our factories, our Bangladesh facility carries its entire business with equal respect for the planet and its employees. As a brand, we believe in fair pay and we want our employees to be recognized for their skills. The quality of everything we do is literally in their hands, and without their work, our brand would not exist. The Bangladesh facility holds all relevant certifications for recycle standards, fair trade and labour protection of its employees.

SWAY has been collaborating with the Bangladesh factory since 2007. They make sure all of our jackets answer to the quality and sustainability standards. Thanks to our PRODUCT DNA® tool, we are able to track all of the factory certifications and ensure all materials used are properly sourced.

We want every SWAY Pathfinder garment to be able to tell their story in a responsible and ethical way.

SWAY Pathfinder has made it it’s mission to source only certified materials, from our garment to our hangtags and zippers. All the factories we assemble our garments respect their employees and are audited and certified to provide ethical working standards. We leave no stone unturned and we don’t like to take shortcuts. We’ve made sure that even our garment and shipping packaging answers to both recycling regulations and is using recycled or recyclable materials.‍
