Polyester

Polyester is a durable and versatile material used in trims like neck labels, care labels, and woven designs. Our available types include:

/ Textile-to-Textile Recycled Polyester – Made from post-consumer textile waste.

/ 100% Recycled Polyester – Produced from pre or post-consumer plastic waste.

/ 100% Recycled Satin – A smooth material made from recycled sources.

/ Recycled Polyester Embroidery – Embroidery threads made from recycled plastics, suitable for garment embellishments and designs.

/ Recycled Felt – Compressed fibers, often recycled polyester, used for padding, patches, or detailing.

Cotton

Cotton is valued for its softness and versatility, making it ideal for various trims, including neck and care labels.
Our options include:

/ Regenerative Cotton – A blend of regenerative and organic cotton, sourced through partnership with Raddis Cotton for printed care and content labels and neck labels.

/ Organic Cotton – Grown without synthetic pesticides, used for woven and printed labels, hangtag strings, and pocket flashers.

/ Recycled Cotton – Produced from repurposed cotton products.

/ BCI Cotton Embroidery – Cotton sourced using sustainable farming best practices.

Paper and paer-like materials

We offer paper materials sourced responsibly for use in trims, with options including:

/ FSC™-Certified Paper – Paper sourced from verified responsibly managed forests.

/ FSC™-Certified Jacron – A durable paper alternative often used for patches

/ Non-Wood Papers – Papers made from agricultural by-products, such as hemp, cotton, or sugarcane waste.

Recycled plastics and polymers

Recycled plastics are used to create a range of trims designed for performance and durability.
Options include:

/ Recycled TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)  Flexible and versatile, used for abels, heat transfers, and sporty trims.

/ Recycled Nylon – Made from waste such as fishing nets, suitable for durable buttons.

/ Recycled PP (Polypropylene) – Utilized for functional trims like tags or fasteners.

/ Recycled PS (Polystyrene) – Applied to rigid trims such as buttons or seals.

Cellilosic fibers

Silicone with recycled content

For ourprints, we are using water-based inks and vegetable inks, including:

/ Algae ink –. Developedby Living Ink, this black ink is made from algae and provides a straightforwardand innovative option for black and grayscale printing.

/ 100% vegetable ink – . A fully plant-based option for four-color printing, free from mineraloil content.
It’s ideal for brands seeking vibrant designs with a sustainability focus.

/ Soy ink – Made with soybeans, this ink is a widely used alternative to traditional inks, offering a partly plant-based component while maintaining reliable performance.

Innovative plastics

Materials designed to meet specific needs while offering practical benefits:

/ Starch Polymers - A biodegradable material used in temporary trims, such as polybags forrepair kits or seals.

/ PLA (Polylactic Acid) - A plant-derived plastic used for biodegradable trims or tags.
